c) Install notes:

Copy the meneame_en.php file to your Wordpress plugins directory.
This should be something like myblog/wp-content/plugins.

Upload the images folder to your WP root directory. If exists, 
simply place the menefante.gif image inside.

Go into your Wordpress admin, click on the 'Plugins' tab, and then
activate 'Meneame'.

Add one of these two codes, or the two, but follow the instructions:

   1. You can include it in the principal page (index.php) or in 
   the individual pages of posts (single.php, in general), it must 
   go in the loop in order that appears in the place that you prefer inside the post.

      <?php meneame(); ?>

   2. You only can include it in the individual page of posts (single.php, in general), 
   it must go in the loop in order that appears in the place that you prefer inside the post.

      <?php menea(); ?> 

OK? That's all! You're done!
